On the classes and broadcasts of the club "The Way of Possibilities" by IE Olemskoi I.A., audio and video recordings are made, which can be provided to participants.

The disclaimer is a legal requirement that helps us provide class content to both members and the wider audience.

I acknowledge and agree that Sole Proprietor Olemskoi I. A. may make video and/or audio recordings ("Recordings") of the classes, seminars and events of the "Way of Possibilities" club that I register for, whether on the website olemskoi.ru or otherwise ("Classes IE Olemskoi I.A.").

As a preliminary agreement on registration for the club "The Way of Possibilities" IE Olemskoi I.A. and for other valuable remuneration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby confirmed, I hereby grant to IE Olemskoi I.A. a gratuitous, irrevocable, transferable right for an unlimited period of anywhere in the world to:

record me, my name, my image and my voice using any technique or means while visiting or participating in one or more classes of the club "The Way of Possibilities" IE Olemskoi I.A.;

save, copy, edit, display, distribute, sell and use (collectively, "Use") such Recordings in any way or form, including, but not limited to, advertising and marketing materials;

take my photos during classes and use them to promote IE Olemskoi I.A. on her website, social networks, books and printouts.

I understand and agree that all companies of IE Olemskoi I. A. may Use the Recordings in composite or edited forms, and I hereby waive my right to review or approve any versions, including completed versions of such Recordings, including written copies, quotations or transcripts that may be created in connection with them. I also acknowledge and agree that these audio and video recordings are used for educational and training purposes and that other members view the recordings; in this context, I waive my personal intellectual property rights (image, video and audio).

This Release is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

I have read this Authorization, fully understand its terms and conditions, and understand that I voluntarily waive certain rights available to me under the law, including, without limitation, any and all rights to reward or compensation for the use of the Recordings of IE Olemskoi I.A. or his officers persons, managers, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, agents and representatives, including, without limitation, I. A. Olemskoi (referred to as the "Released Party" for any and all purposes.

I understand that I may revoke these rights before the start of each class, zoom or telecall by notifying the registration staff. I also understand that all classes are being recorded and therefore I will not be able to ask questions in class and must ensure at my own risk that I am not in the video or image area.

I acknowledge that I have the right to be informed which of my data is collected, used, consulted or otherwise processed and to what extent personal data is or will be processed. Therefore, IE Olemskoi I.A. is obliged to respond to my request no later than within one month.

IE Olemskoi I. A. acknowledges that individuals should have control over their personal data. Regardless of the transfer of my rights, I am still allowed to participate in classes, zoom calls or telecalls, and I understand that therefore I must do my part to protect my rights. On a class of "Way of Possibilities" club, I must wear a sign provided by the staff at the entrance to show that I do not want to be filmed or photographed.

I acknowledge that, by clicking on the button, I hereby waive, release and permanently release the Indemnified Party from any claims, demands or causes of action that I may have as a result of or in connection with the Indemnified Party’s Use of the Recordings to the fullest extent possible, in accordance with the law.
